Is Dubai Bubble Bursting in 2019 ?
Is Dubai Bubble Bursting in 2019 ? -- Economic Collapse 2019 - Stock Market Crash . New data from U.A.E.-based property firm Cavendish Maxwell shows Dubai house prices fell to their lowest levels in June, not seen since the 2008 financial meltdown. It appears a housing bust has been unfolding across Dubai for some time. A record number of residential units are expected to come online in the Holiday 2019 will push Dubai property prices even lower. The bust is expected last through 2020. So is a Dubai Default Coming ! In A Repeat Of Dubai’s Default Of $25 Billion Nakheel Debt In 2008, Dubai Government Suspends All Legal Cases Against Meydan (Owned By Ruler) Since June 2019 . Major Global Media Confirms Our View Of The Massive Financial Crisis Afflicting Dubai . Talks Trade & Tourism Decline, Civil Wars, Iran Tensions; 60,000 Residential Units Plus 54,000 Hotel Rooms To Be Delivered In 2019 . Things are coming to a head. Add to this the 6 civil wars ongoing in the Middle East and Levant region. 1. Syria 2. Iraq 3. Yemen 4. Palestine 5. Libya 6. Afghanistan Not to mention bans on Iranian airspace, terror alerts for most of Middle East, sanctions on Iran, rivalries and bans on each other in Middle East , bombings of ships passing through and all sorts of problems from Iran oil sanctions to rising insurance costs to navies and drones attacking everyone in the Strait of Hormuz . Now they are going to start a 7th one. On September the second 2019: Bahrain instructs citizens to leave Lebanon over security incidents . The golden pot of honey and money finished in 2008 and finally bankrupted in 2015. Now Saudis and Emiraties run around the world with a borrowing hat in their hands. And they will ensure that whoever comes with their money over there leaves with nothing but pain and misery that too via a jail cell, which is now the only way to leave Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Dubai had powers until 2008, once they defaulted, Abu Dhabi took over immigration policy, changed stance, paid salaries to Dubai police, supported "poor emirates" of Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Sharjah etc by giving them infrastructures ,to buy peace and loyalty, and set up oil pipeline in Fujairah . In 2012, Abu Dhabi took over all foreign affairs, defense, immigration affairs and went ballistic against Iran, Syria, Libya, Bangladesh and more , and banned all of them and deported thousands. In 2017, in cahoots with Saudis, they went ballistic against Qatar and banned and insulted them. Dubai has completely lost ALL it's power since 2012 ,whatever remained after the 2008 default. Dubai was always dependent on foreign investors whether Arabs or Iranians or anyone else. Since 2012, all that money disappeared. Hence, Dubai turned into a criminal's paradise. There is not one country in this world whose criminals do not keep millions or billions in Dubai. Dubai needs it but Abu Dhabi doesn't. However, everyone has deserted or left or caught or has assets frozen or lost 60 to 80% value if invested in Dubai. Last week the "God of diamonds" fled from Dubai. Once Dubai reached the end of rope in 2015, they succumbed even further and Abu Dhabi took over everything. The Dubai ruler is in Abu Dhabi more frequently than ever before , and various princes and family members are fleeing. Princess Haya Dubai ruler's wife and 4 kids have fled to London to seek protection.

Solar Island CSEM UAE
The Solar Island prototype is a Swiss-designed artificial island which
has been built in the gulf state of Ras Al Khaimah, in the UAE with the
aim of providing a source of clean energy.
The project, a
collaboration between Neuchâtel's Swiss Center for Electronics and
Microtechnology (CSEM) and the local government. The solution proposed
by the centre was to build artificial islands that can sit offshore,
where surface is not a problem. To cut costs, the usual solar panels are
not be used, but rather a concentrator that heats water running through
pipes. The steam is then used to generate electricity. Because of its
floating structure, the island could be easily turned to always face the
sun, generating maximum power. The prototype has been built with a
diameter of 100 metres, one-tenth of the size of an actual solar island.
Initial tests have taken place on land, with the island floating on a
water channel.
CSEM-UAE History
In the late 2004 The CSEM-UAE
was launched as a result of the visionary plans of the government of Ras
Al Khaimah in UAE. At that time, H.H. Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qassimi
The Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah was concerned with
accelerating the transformation of the emirate into one of the most
exciting business and lifestyle destinations in the region and CSEM
Switzerland was concerned with the expansion of its activity to a fast

Early 2005, CSEM Switzerland
started settling in Ras Al Khaimah, with its Swiss engineers teamed up,
local and regional team of specialists joined and CSEM-uae offices and
state of art laboratories started. Projects of generic interest to local
economy was defined and agreed with Dr. Khather Massaad, Advisor to The
Crown Prince & Deputy Ruler of RAK and Chief Executive Officer of
Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority (RAKIA), which funded them.
2006,
CSEM-UAE was fully operational and RAKIA started getting significant
success in attracting worldwide investments in developing local
industries. Fruitful interaction between the CSEM-uae and this local
industry started.
2007, the Government of Ras Al Khaimah
allocated to CSEM-UAE 87,000 m² of land in the industrial zone to build a
world unique Solar R&D facilities which can be open to co-operation
with world leading academic, technology and industrial development
centers. Solar-Island prototype was proposed. It was designed to
evaluate technologies to build cost effective solar power plants.
2008,
the construction of a 5,000 m² platform of a Solar-Island demonstrator
was achieved; in parallel a Photovoltaic performance test and the Solar
thermal centers was built. The Solar Radiation and the weather stations
were installed.
2009, the proposal of a new organization
focusing on short term projects adding value to local economy was
developed. The aim, to reduce the need of electricity produced from
fossil energy. The hovering test of the Solar-Island platform was
successfully performed.
2010, CSEM-UAE started building Solar
Cool Research Center and Solar facilities to develop Solar Insulation
Material, Solar Assisted Air Conditioning and Waste Heat or Solar
Assisted Water Desalination. The evaluation of projects with carbon
credit started. The Solar-Island precision tracking test was
successfully performed.
2011, CSEM-UAE successfully tested in
Februaryv 2011, the Solar Cooling center with 1 ton of refrigeration and
decided its extension to 10 ton of refrigeration.
CSEM-UAE
operates from its offices in Al Jazeera Al Hamra and has Solar R&D
facilities (Solar-Island platform, Solar Cool center, Photovoltaic
performance test center and Thermal R&D center) nearby. Mother
company is in Switzerland and Sister Company in Brazil.
CSEM-UAE
aims to be one of the best innovation centers worldwide, providing novel
applications and solutions to local economy and worldwide customers by
developing and using unique Solar and Clean Technology platforms, thus

Dubai hopes to compete with Heathrow
The CEO of Dubai International Airport said the passenger traffic inside the airport is expected to increase by 7.2% annually for the next decade, therefore it will be able to attract about 98, 5 million passengers by 2020. The great growth of the airport is due mostly thanks to the state airlines, including Emirates and Flydubai. Furthermore, in order to meet the growing demand for air travel to these destinations a second airport will open, which is available for cargo flights, but open to passengers by 2012. The new airport will be able to accept about 160 million passengers each year.
